Watermelon Chia Fresca
A balanced drink to stay cool and refreshed, with the added powerhouse of chia seeds
Serves 2
Ingredients:
- 1 Lime 
- 1 cup ripe watermelon, chopped 
- 1 cup cold water 
- 2 tsp honey or choice of sweetener 
- 3-4 Mint Leaves 
- 1 Tbsp Chia Seeds 
- Ice 
Recipe:
- To a blender, add the juice of 1 lime, water, watermelon, ½ tbsp honey, and mint. Blend until smooth. Taste and add more honey if needed. 
- add chia seeds to a large glass. Strain watermelon mixture into the glass. Let sit for 5 minutes to let chia seeds expand. 
- Add Ice and enjoy!
